Notebooks, pencils & writing rhythms

A year-end video featuring my favorite analog writing tools and practices.

Howdy, friends, and welcome to all you new subscribers! I try to keep this newsletter narrowly focused (oxymoron?) on poetry, literary culture, and theology. Today’s post is only a slight departure: a video in which I discuss some of my current favorite writing tools—notebooks, pencils, pens—and a bit of my writing process. Substack is home to a disproportionate number of writers, of course, so I trust some of you will take interest. In any event, stay tuned for one final essay here before year’s end. —C
